Endorsing this truth CI successfully forms a team of outstanding researchers having expertise in a wide array of subjects embracing law, human rights, humanitarian crisis, education, economics, politics, climate, environment, anthropology, statistics, governance, development, trade, connectivity, water, sanitation, hygiene, agriculture, food security, anti-corruption, journalism, liberal arts etc. Currently, CI has accommodated two full time research fellows, one full time knowledge management expert, two full time research associates and one full time research assistant.
